Caudal artery transplantation
Caudal artery transplantation can efficiently deliver cells into the bone marrow of hind limbs with minimum invasion (Nat Commun 2018, 9, 2918). This overcomes some limitations in murine models targeting bone marrow such as bone metastasis (J Bone Oncol 2020, 23, 100298, Nature 2023, 621, 602) and hematopoiesis (Nature 2023, 615, 127).
