sGRAPHIC

Secretory GRAPHIC (sGRAPHIC) is a genetically encoded tool to fluorescently label neighboring cells that putatively interact with cells of interest via secretory factors (Nat Commun 2023; 14: 8031). The fundamental design of sGRAPHIC is inspired with GRAPHIC system (iScience 2019, 15, 28). Similar to GRAHIC, sGRAPHIC labelling is based on split GFP technology: functional GFP is efficiently reconstituted when cells expressing GPI-anchored N-terminal GFP and cells expressing secretory C-terminal GFP are in close proximity.

The plasmids listed below for lentivirus production are available in RIKEN BRC.
