CF7/GO-ATeam2
CF7/GO-ATeam2 is a murine cardiac fibroblast cell line stably expressing GO-ATeam2, genetically encoded FRET-based ATP sensor (BBRC 2026, 805: 153377). CF7/GO-ATeam2 was established by immortalization of primary cardiac fibroblasts harvested from an AVID mouse ubiquitously expressing GO-ATeam2 (Cell Rep 2025; 44: 116246). CF7/GO-ATeam2 would be a useful platform for fluorescently visualizing cytosolic ATP level via GO-ATeam2. The cell will be shared upon request by contacting kuchimaru at jichi.ac.jp.
